The Czech Philharmonics and Prague Symphony Orchestra may lead you to think of a single great tradition: classic or opera. This is not the case, although there are many performances and concerts dedicated to symphonic repertoires, Prague will astonish you with its jazz clubs and the intense sounds of more recent music trends.

Prague’s theater performances, the famous multimedia ones at the Lanterna Magika at the National Theater, are accompanied by marionette, mime and puppet shows, even able to captivate adult audiences thanks to their daring and innovative sceneries. Ticket prices are affordable and we suggest you get seats to enjoy one of this region’s oldest art forms.  
In Prague, soccer, ice hockey and horse racing are the most popular sports events, exciting locals and tourists alike. If you feel like an athlete and want to get a workout in, the hiking paths around Prague are great, especially by bike.
