Saint Raphael, France

A former unloading base during the Second World War, as sadly evidenced by the wrecks on the surrounding sea bottom, it became one of the most famous tourist seaside resorts of the Côte d'azur, ideal for swimming and popular with those who love catamaraning, kayaking and paragliding.

The beautiful beaches extend from the old port to the port of Santa Lucia. Various excursions depart from the maritime station to St.-Tropez, the Îles d'Hyères and the wild Calanques de l’Esterel.
