Lecce One Day In Lecce, Italy

one day in Lecce by walking is a very little time for a lot of things between art, culture, typical food (sorry no sushi in this town!), friends.

Our experience began in Piazza San Oronzo where we spent an hour between exhibition, the amphitheatre, and a special place for my wife Frizzi: a bakery. From the Monument of San Oronzo a street at your right in the back of the place where she found at Natale one, two delicious pasticciotto (dhttp://www.flickr.com/photos/bootsintheoven/373231928/).

Then direct to Piazza del Duomo (about 10 min.) where we have visited behind every door open: ancient housing, church, museum, and we found there a well from '500 century. A few drinks before to arrive in Santa Croce Church (about 5 min.).

After a one hour stop in front of this amazing building, at 22 we decided to walk less and to eat some more, so (facing the church) we turned on our left for 100 meters then first left 50 meters to Osteria da ANGIULINO (about 3 minutes).

Very typical place one of our new friend for this evening made us accommodate to his table.

There I remember a typical pasta for me (I cant remember the incredible name of this pasta... ) with a very little cheese and the same pasta for Frizzi with a cheesy sauce (sugo con ricotta forte). Delicious, marvellous Lecce! Saturday 02.00 am, it is time for us to go to bed.
