Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, Italy

The Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno meet at Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a charming small village located approximately 390 meters above sea level.
The village may be easily reached from Sorrento, either by train along the Naples - Sorrento line or by car, a better alternative for those planning a longer visit to explore the Peninsula of Sorrento. Traveling by train, Sorrento is one station before arriving at Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi.

Everything at the village of Sant'Agata is run slowly and calmly, as it is typically done in small villages. Far from the bustle of the larger cities, here you will find the peace you are looking for and the pampering typical of Italian hospitality.
Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is made up of two groups of accommodations: what remains of the ancient farmhouses of Pedara and Sant'Agata. During the summer, the irresistibly fragrant citrus groves and the olive groves take over the city center. Their scent is so strong you can feel it on your skin, especially during the warm summer evenings, when the village people come out to enjoy some cool air after a scorching sunny day.
It is the best meeting experience! The inhabitants of Sant'Agata are welcoming, and visitors are considered special guests, sometimes even to a fault. The young people hanging out in the city center will tell you that, during the first half of the 20th century, their grandparents referred to travelers as "signuri" ("lords") and visitors were always first to be presented with the finest local produce.
Today's visitors will immediately sense that the locals have an innate sense of hospitality, especially when they present their guests with a caprese salad made with Sant'Agata tomatoes and the famous limoncello, a local digestive liqueur made with the famous lemons of Sorrento.
