Alloro in Bologna
We stayed for 4 night with our young child. The first room we stayed in did not look any thing like the pictures on the website. After staying one night in that room and having very bad night sleep we changed rooms but the beds in the second room were no better. The beds were changed once over the 3 days and the cleaner left one plastic glass for 3 of us. The staff were very friendly but I wouldn't call the hotel outstanding by any means. Next time I rather pay a bit more and stay in town.
What did you enjoy most about your stay?
Accessibility totown and the decent value.
What did not meet your expectations?
Rooms were not very clean and the beds are very uncomforable.

Dear Guest, I'm very sorry you couldn't appreciate your stay at our hotel. I apologise for not being up to your expectations.
I wish I had solved our inefficiency in time. I really would like to make you change your mind about the Alloro Suite Hotel: I would be very glad if you could give us another chance accepting our invitation to sleep for free in our wonderful and new Suite Alloro characterized by the best beds on the market.
