Overall the stay was at par with other hotels we stayed at, I was dismayed that there was no doorman to procure taxis for the guests, the guests had to fend for themselves to make sure the taxi that was called and drove up was not stolen by others, leaving the guests wo were not used to the way of Italians strassed and afraid that the reservations made would not be able to be kept. Overall the stay we rate @ 4/5 and would stay there again. great value for the money.
