I found the location of the hotel so convenient.  We were there only one day before joining our official tour which was located in another area of Rome which was beautiful but not as convenient for getting around to see the sights on our own.  I also liked the fact that it was hidden away on a quiet street that kept traffic noise to a minimum.

Of all the places we stayed in Italy (5 different hotels) we thought the breakfast here was the best.  Good food that was hot and great service and a very generous selection of different types of food.

A desk staff member (female) looked up a location on the Internet for us because the place we were going was not on our map (too far north).  She was so kind and helped us orient ourselves so we could take the subway, a bus and a streetcar and arrive within a block of the place we were going.  She also told us about the all day transport pass which was convenient and saved us a lot of money.

All in all I will recommend your hotel to anyone I know going to stay in Rome.

What did you enjoy most about your stay?
The staff were very patient and so helpful with all the questions we asked.

What did not meet your expectations?
It was a little more difficult to find after leaving the train than I thought. Perhaps a map with more detailed instructions would be helpful.
