Very good hotel with nice, airy rooms. Very good breakfast and nice outdoor area. All of the staff were helpful and polite.

The ironing service was the only let down during my whole stay and you need to make sure the cleaners make sure people are aware of the wet stairs after cleaning - I fell down on the stairs due to no sign indicating the marble floors were wet.

Excellent location, great rooms and breakfast

What did not meet your expectations?
Very poor Ironing service. When I arrived at 5:30 pm I could not get a shirt ironed for the following morning - this is not what I would have expected and can see this incoveniencing other business travellers.
