Hotel Palladium Palace, Rome city center Italy

In all, we stayed two days. A third will not exist. Thinking that a triple room will give us more space, we booked a triple. When we arrived, we were charged for the triple, but they gave us a double room and I couldn't adequately communicate what was not right about that. No price adjustment was offered. The air conditioner was practically unoperational which, in June, is an amenity I've come to rely. If we did not pre-pay for the room, we would have run away screaming. I can't believe this is one of the hotels that AAA Travel would recommend. Overall, it was a disappointing start to a wonderful honeymoon.

What did you enjoy most about your stay?
Proximity to bus/train lines.

What did not meet your expectations?
Service, atmosphere.

Dear Sir, we need know which room number did you have and your reservation number so we could know if there was something wrong and then after investigate. We have to point anyway that all the triple room by national law may vary from a 16,00 sqm till 18,00 sqm. Waiting for more data sothat we can answer, we have also to say that our hotel don't have the air conditioned like american style but we must keep, in respect of all the world travellers, the room temperature at about 22°. (We have had some request during last June by a lot of customers to set the A.C. temperature higher having been June 2010 the coldest in these last 10 years with a medium outside temperaure of 21° during the day).
