Excellent location and service
We stayed at the Hotel Pantheon for three days in early November before embarking on a cruise. We booked the hotel because our son and daughter-in-law had given it good reviews and we were not disappointed at all. The room on the second floor faced the street and was a little noisy at night, but the sounds coming from the pedestrians only street were happy sounds so they weren't a nuisance at all. The room itself could have used a few more flat surfaces but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed--towel heaters and all. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse and the scramble eggs specially prepared each morning were some of the best we've ever had. Roberto and Catherine at the front desk were extremely helpful with helping us book museum tours and questions about the free wifi. The cost of the room in November was quite a bit less than in the high tourist season, so we feel it was an excellent value. We would stay at the Pantheon again.
