We chose this hotel because it is "green" and close to the Duomo. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again when in Milan. It's close to everything, the staff was very helpful in giving us information, calling taxis and answering questions. I stayed there twice, so saw two different rooms, one very spacious, the other smaller but commodious enough and both immaculately clean. The breakfast was nice and at a convenient time. Our stays were very nice experiences.

Walking distance to everything, nice staff, clean rooms

Beds were hard by American standards, but most Italian beds are.
