The Hotel is in a very good spot, near Milan Historic Center and very close to the fashion area. It has a good breakfast, but the good things stop here. Concierge and help are terrible, my room telephone didn't work although they have it changed twice. Room and bathroom very small. The Hotel is not fitted to special needs persons. I believe if you can spend little more you'll get much more in Milan. It is not a 3 star hotel. One and a half, maybe.
