Hotel Fenice, Milan city center Italy

Good thing: Room was clean and bathroom as well which is very good. Breakfast was nice and waiters VERY polite. Internet cheap and Hotel well situated to places of interest. You can go on foot to visit Duomo and shopping areas (approx 20min). Taxi are available in front of the Hotel. EUR10 for a 5min drive to the Central station and vice versa. Negative: Could hear my neighbour when he was talking in his room and everything happening in the corridor. Room was not enough soundproof unfortunately. Never seen such a small lift in my whole life, had to struggle to get in with 1 big suitcase and a hand luggage. Concierge could be more helpful specially when it's your first visit in Milan but on the whole for quality and price, I will recommend it to everyone.

What did not meet your expectations?
The concierge or receptionist was not enough attentive. Could be more helpful especially when it's the first time you visit Milan.
