Friendly staff. PC terminal with internet access available at reception, an an extra cost. Rooom OK, needs updating. We had a problem with the fridge which was blowing out hot air and didn't work properly; we got told it's working fine and no effort was made to fix it. Average hotel in a fairly good location. Would try a different hotel on my next visit to Milan.
