We asked that we wanted to complain and the only thing they said was that we can take it up with the manager. the room was not clean and the bathrooms were cramped. the hallways smelled pungent. The website claimed that the train statiion was close to the hotel but it was quite a distance. I wanted to get in touch with the management about a possible refund or discount but have not had a chance to contact you all since my return. It was totally unacceptable how we could stay in that room in the hot july month with no air conditioning. Our trip to Milan was very disappointing in large part due to the discomforts of the Hotel Fenice.
What did you enjoy most about your stay?
Nothing really.
What did not meet your expectations?
the room was very uncomfortable. we did not have AC in the room for the 2 nights we stayed there. When we asked about this at the front desk, they were completely rude and unhelpful.
