Hotel Fenice satisfied our needs but did not stand-out as a good hotel. Rooms were a decent size, bathrooms were relatively clean and breakfast was adequate. However, the very poor customer service by staff did not make my stay very welcomed. Maria Paolo at the front desk was extremely rude from the moment we stepped into the hotel. It's not fair that she takes out her personal frustrations on customers! Her attitude continued throughout our stay and she wouldn't even book us a taxi upon our departure! She really needs to work on her appearance to her customers as she currently does not deliver professional and friendly services! Average hotel but would not return!

Breakfast was better than most for a small hotel.
