Hotel Fenice, Milan city center Italy

First of all I liked that prior my arrival to the hotel all my emails have been answered and I have received full explanation on my questions.
Secondly, I liked my stay in hotel Fenice.
The staff was kind and helpful, did not disturb without necessity. The rooms have been clean, spacious, with TV, mini bar, and hairdryer.
I liked breakfast very much – coffee was very good, as well as fresh bread, cheese and ham, yogurt etc.
I did not have any problems with payment with credit card.
The hotel has the great location.
In few minutes you can be next to Duomo. The hotel is situated on the street where one can have excellent shopping.
I am very satisfied with the hotel and service thus I will not hesitate to go to this hotel once again when I am in Milan.
