Hotel Andreola Central, Milan city center Italy

there were some problems with drain in the shower, after half a minute of using it it was all full of water :((( the person who met as at the arrival and also who was checked us out was extremely rude to us! this gave us many unpleasent feelings that ruined our good impression of the hotel itself. this unkind person works there at the night time, and sincehe works alone there is no way to avoid him:((( but in contrast there was very helpful person at the reception during the daytime, who was very nice and friendly :))
