The situation of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean and quiet. But the personal...at least some of them need some education and good habits.

The room was clean and very quiet.
What did not meet your expectations?
The hotel had made a mistake and we didn´t have room, we had to go for another hotel for a night. The personal never apologized that they had made a mistake. And I haven´t got any letter from the hotel manager. The breakfast was bad because the plates were empty before the breakfast time ended. When we ordered breakfast to our room, it didn´t come, I had to call and we didn´t get what we have ordered.
