Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. We had plenty of closet space, a small refrigerator, extra pillows, a motorized outside window shutter that effectively shut out road noise and light, wi-fi availability in the room and a great bathroom. This hotel made our first trip to Milan a wonderful experience. Reading room, garden terrace, breakfast and bar spaces were all utilized. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip.They stored a suitcase for us at no charge between the two weeks and had it in our room when we returned. Location is great - we walked to restaurants, along tree-lined streets, to the park and castle, to the Duomo, La Scala, and galleria.
