We are world travelers in our mid 60's... the food in the restaurant was not fit to eat; my husband had tuna that was not cooked; it was purple inside.... horrid; my pasta was bad but i took a few bites so i wouldn't starve--- we told the waiter that the fish was not eatable and he just said sorry; didn't make any effort at reducing the bill.... the bed was hard and the mattress seemed very old, my suggestion is do not stay at this property... the website makes the hotel seem really great; also some reviews give it good ratings. however, since our return i have looked up the hotel and found most people have the same opinion as us and say "do not stay at Hotel Baglio della Luna! Our view was of a car and some trash. thank God we were only there one night

Nothing; shabby room, worst food of our lives.

What did not meet your expectations?
Everything... room, food, view, the staff were rude and unhelpful... do they not like Americans or what is the problem. I think they must be miserable at their jobs and take it out on guests.
