A vacation in Val Gardena is even more enjoyable when you come back from an exhilarating walk and sit at the table. The area, in addition to offering locally produced wholesome food, is known to be the home of an extraordinary nouvelle cuisine.
You won't be able to resist the crafuncins (stuffed ravioli), the bear soup with meat and saura (slightly sour soup made with tripe) or ribl de furmenton, an omelet with grano saraceno cheese.
