I arrived late at night and was given a tiny room at the ground floor. There was not even space for the suitcase - that how small it was.You couldn´t open the window because it shared a couryard with other people´s houses and the room was boiling. I asked to be moved and was told the hotel was booked and this was a nice room in their opinion. I found the staff the first night very annoying, arrogant and unsympathetic although during the next two days I was there they did help in ordering taxis and seemed a bit more pleasant. The breakfast was another big disappointment. Finally, be aware that there is no life between the main entrance and the hotel reception ad that you have to climb a staircase which if with a heavy suitcase is a pain and for a disable person I think impossible. I would not go back.
