Hotel Globus, Florence city center Italy

For the avid traveller the hotel provided a convenient, clean and friendly retreat after a long day about the city. Our room was small, but furnished with modern and functional necessities, including cable tv and a safe.

The price per night was remarkably reasonable and a great online find. Our only impulsive booking out of the whole trip, which ended up being nearly half the price of everywhere else we booked in advance.

Breakfast consisted of cereals, cold meats, bread/rolls/croissants and as expected in Italy - great coffee.

I'd definitely recommend Hotel Globus to the travellers that like some confort after a long day out, but not too fussed about space or luxury. 

What did you enjoy most about your stay?
The hotel was ideally located - close to the station and walking distance to the markets, Duomo and shopping area.
