This was a great hotel! I can not say enough about the fabulous staff and great location. Unlike other reviews that I write that are sometimes paragraphs of what went wrong (like with Hotel Santo Angelo in Rome, arg!) this hotel was fabulous. Although I had been to Florence before this was the first time I had stayed at this hotel, I will DEFINITELY stay there again. I will admit that the rooms are simple but that is how they advertise them, who wants to be in your hotel room in Florence anyway!!!??? Thank you for a fabulous stay and friendly service!
