During my two night stay I rented a high performance road bike for a short self-led tour.

Initially the person at the front desk insisted that I must lock the bike outside overnight, but after a short call to the owner was able to store the bike in the room.

So, in short, thank you to the owner for allowing this. The bike was worth more than 1000 Euro and was easy to carry and I left no trace. Thanks for being responsive!
