I liked the hotel and the staff was friendly. I benefitted from the free internet connection via the lap top in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to friends travleing to Florence.

The hotel was centrally located for the areas where i was traveling
What did not meet your expectations?
I was not expecting the room to be so small, but that size seemed to be normal for hotels in Italy (i am from the United States)
