Great location close to Santa Maria Novella railway and easy to follow directions to find this little hotel. Upstairs with the suitcases - a challenge but all ok when we opened the window shutters to find the dome of San Lorenzo just outside! Very helpful staff with good advice, easy to follow maps & wonderful recommendation of Siro & Sons for dinner - so good we went twice! Room small but ok when we figured out the air conditioning. Had problems accessing the internet but wine on the balcony was delightful.
