The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the train the train station and an easy walk to everywhere in Central Florence. The staff was extremely friendly and helfpul, even making restaurant reservations for us up on our request. However, the room itself was quite tiny, dark and drab. Our room looked out onto a loud venting system. There was barely any room to walk around the bed and it seemed like the room could use a bit of touch-up, with some mold in the bathroom and scuff marks on the wall It certainly wasn't terrible by any means, but I would stay somewhere else if I was to visit Florence again.
