From the moment we arrived they were keen to assist.They delivered bags to our room,breakfasts were plentiful and yummy. Our toilet was not working efficiently but they called a plumber quickly on the same day and it was fixed within a coupe of hours. Having free internet was wonderful as we had been away for nearly 2 months and were able to catch up on news plus research tourist sites for information. The rooms were compact but had everything needed for comfort.

Very helpful staff in all areas of the hotel.They aim to please!
What did not meet your expectations?
Lift was manually operated....became annoying if you wanted to be quick.
