Hotel Globus, Florence city center Italy

The Hotel Globus is a great value. It has a great location. It is 2-3 blocks from the train station, 1/2 block from the mercato and "flea market". You can easily walk to all sites in the old city. It was very easy to use their website to make reservations and easy to communicate with them about changes, tours, and museum reservations. The staff was very friendly and always helpful (more so than any place that I have stayed). The rooms were clean, they are small as expected in Europe. Furnishings were modern and functional. The breakfast was also better than most other places I have stayed. They have someone there to make fresh coffee or cappucino. I will say there again when I return to Florence and recommend it without reservation.

This was my third time to stay at the Hotel Globus and it has remained up to my expectations.
