The accommodation was very good, nice clean rooms, great shower plenty of hot water. Although in the heart of Florence noise wasn't a problem and the shutter made the room nice and dark. Great having a free safety deposit box. Also had use of laptop and sky telly. Breakfast was ace plenty of choice although no hot food which doesn't bother me, coffee was great and plenty of it. The hotel staff where very very friendly and helpful, as 4 ladies travelling alone they carried our bags and helped us with tickets and trips. Would go back again in a flash
