The hotel was perfect! The beds were comfy, accomodations were neat, attractive, and clean, and we were very happy with our stay. Our only "wish" was that we'd had more time in Florence! :-)
What did you enjoy most about your stay?
We really enjoyed Lucas - the 2nd shift reception person. Our location was great, too! Very accessible to the train station and the sites.
What did not meet your expectations?
The a/c was on the fritz one morning and it was sooooo hot, but Lucas called a technician before we even had a chance to let him know there was a problem! :-)
