The hotel is located close to the main station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have two heavy luggages and they help us bringing them up the stairs. The lady cleaning our room is smart and understands our needs. She noticed our habits in placing our belongings and place it exactly the way we wanted it (as opposed to the hotel standard). This makes us very comfortable during our 5 days stay in Florence.

The hotel is located close to the main station and other attractions. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
What did not meet your expectations?
There is funny smell from the washroom and mosquitoes flying around the room. The breakfast is not too appealing.
