Hotel Globus, Florence city center Italy

we were so pleased to stay at your hotel. good location, friendly staff and very very clean and spacious room with big wardrobe. in few years time, we would like to visit florence again and we would like to stay longer than this time. it was unfortunate for us that we could stay only one night with you. we were in venice, rome, london and paris. we think hotel globus was the best of all. thank you for accepting our room reservation well in advance, and, therefore, we could plan the rest of our travel.

What did not meet your expectations?
my husband and i couldn't expect more than hotel globus offered.
