Staff are all multilingual and cheerfully helpful in every regard. Single room at back was airy and quiet, except when neighboring air conditioner started up -- that noise was excruciating and forced me to keep the window closed at night.

convenient location: an easy walk to the rail station and to all tourist attractions
What did not meet your expectations?
single room was awkwardly small, even for one person
