This was one of the best hotels among our stay in Italy in 12 days. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. The room is clean and cozy. I put Comfort rate at Good just because there is no AC in bathroom but just a compact heater. It was a bit of chilly taking shower in the morning in December. I don't mind the elevator at the 2nd floor (ot 1st fllor in EU), ad the staff is always happy to help to take the luggages up and down.
