Hotel Globus, Florence city center Italy

The hotel location and cleanliness are satisfactory. However, the breakfast room (bar) is very tiny and the breakfast offer was very limited The staff was kind, particularly the young receptionist. A precise location map, and maybe how to recognise the entrance should be featured on the website

central location but very calm location

What did not meet your expectations?
breakfast room bathroom / water pipes (there was always a horrible odour of sewage)

thanks a lot for taking the time to write a review about your stay. We also would like to thanks you for enhancing the good quality like of cleanliness and the staff, while we are sorry that you did not appreciate breakfast which is usually very enjoyed by our guests. Of course we will try to improve it even if it already includes a varius choice of sweet and salted foods like fresh and dried fruits, croissants, pastries, yogurth, cereals, juices, cakes, ham and more... Usually our cappuccinos promptly made by Roberto are very appreciated.
