The "Ampezzana" cuisine is influenced by both the Tyrolese and Venetian areas......
Klöße (or dumplings) bread crumb balls filled with speck, spinach and cheese served in broth or with cheese, were certainly inherited from Tyrol.
From Veneto, on the other hand, polenta based dishes with melted cheese, mushrooms and field chicory, roast with mushrooms, casunziei with beets.
As for sweets, apple strudel and ìSachertorte are served in all restaurants and shelters. You must try the berry pies (raspberry, blackberry and blueberry).
