This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The room was clean and the decoration very lavish. The breakfast in the courtyard was very good. The location in a quiet part of Venice suited us very well with small restaurants very close by. With the water bus close by any part of Venice is very easy to reach. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome
