the location is great. the directions were spot on. the only disturbance were the church bells ringing for a long time in the morning. when we arrived very tired after a whole day out in milan the receptionist made up for it. she was very friendly. our room was bigger than expected. thank you
What did you enjoy most about your stay?
location(very near to the train station) delicious cappuccino for breakfast. the receptionist, i think her name is Stefania. she was the best.
What did not meet your expectations?
a welcome drink would have been nice.
