It was our first trip to Venice. When we arrived, the staff was already expecting us and the room was ready. The room was facing the street but surprisingly we did not have trouble with noise at all. Some of the reviews that I read before booking the hotel was that it was kind of off the beaten path. You do have to walk roughly 5 - 7 minutes to get there from St. Marco's Square. On the other hand, the hotel is in between Rialto Bridge and St. Marco's Square so it was no inconvenience at all. We loved it and will stay there again when we come back for our next visit.
What did you enjoy most about your stay?
The room we stayed in was very charming and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.
What did not meet your expectations?
It exceeded my expectations.
