Hotel Al Piave, Venice city center Italy

We were very surprised to have a suite with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and and washing machine.

This tiny room reminded us of a hobbit house and was very clean and tidy. We were able to get help with all the information we needed from the front staff.

After a few days the morning breakfast people also came to recognize us and made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is close to all the major sites in Venice and within easy walking/waterbus access.

Our only concern was the access to the suite we had. The door at the bottom of the stairs was always locked from the inside as well as the outside.

If there ever was an emergency and you had to leave quickly you had to remember to take your key to open the door.

What did you enjoy most about your stay?
We had a charming room with a kitchen and separate bedroom. It was like our very own little apartment.

What did not meet your expectations?
Nothing, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped make our stay in Venice perfect.
