We traveled to Venice in early November. It was our anniversary and official honeymoon. They helped sister-in-law back in United States by working with a florist to select and deliver us a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They were very patient and diligent in answering or finding answers to our many questions regarding the many different aspects of our trip (entertainment, transportation, and directions for example). The breakfast was perfect - a lot of food and choices.
