Single room was small, but well-appointed. The associated bathroom had modern fittings, which was much appreciated. I also was glad to be able to use the wi-fi without additional charges. The breakfast was simple, but quite good (the usual continental buffet plus the preparation of eggs as per your wishes). A great plus is the excellent location. I do recommend printing up a map to get there (as you usually would for the maze that is Venice). Be advised that there are quite a few stairs to get up to many of the rooms and no lift. That being said, the staff kindly helped me bring up my luggage.
