My daughter and I travel over Europe in May 2009 and Venice was our last stop. The staff was so very friendly the accomodations were clean and the air-conditioning was heavenly because it was so very hot. Venice was experiencing a heat wave of sorts. The directions given were great . The location was good. We found the Hotel in our Rick Steve's travel book. If you get a chance to come to Venice, I would highly recommend this Hotel
