An excellent hotel for venice, well situated for travellers arriving by train, bus or car. Nice rooms and a spacious ground floor area for drinks and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, though room cleaning was not always perfect over our 7-night stay. Only spoilt by the small, 3-person lift which served guests and hotel staff. Of seven hotels we have used in venice, the best three star we have encountered and with plenty of eateries close by.
