The reception area of the hotel, and our bedroom was of a high quality in terms of style, furnishing etc - and met expectations.

The corridor areas in the main hotel were also very clean and stylish.

We expected to eat breakfast in a breakfast room in keeping with the style etc of the hotel....and were disappointed with the arrangement in the sister hotel, which did not appear to be or an equitable quality.

What did not meet your expectations?
The breakfast in the sister hotel - did not match quality/decor etc of hotel accommodation. Charges for fitness facilities were very disappointing, and we think should be complementary.
