The hotel is advertized as a 16th century castle remodeled, but this hotel has not seen a remodeling in decades. We booked a family suite and the room was very poorly maintained - dirty. What you see in the hotel's web page is not wat you get. no internet, and no lobby personnel after 11 pm. If you flight is delayed be prepared to sleep in San Marco Square until next dat as no one is available after 11pm. Not worth the money.
