The Custoza wine route - at Sommacampagna by foot or on a bicycle, along the paths of history and wine.

The Sommacampagna territory is crossed by the Strada del Vino Bianco di Custoza (Custoza White Wine Route), that touches all the areas that produce this wine. The Municipality wanted to gather, into one historic route, all the places that were affected by the I and III Italian War of Independance, amongst the troops of the kingdom of Sardinia and that of the Austrian Empire. Along the route you will find villas, cippi (a type of stelae) and monuments, of which the Ossario di Custoza (Ossuary of Custoza).
